Overhauled API calls, it now raises meaningful error messagess that can be understood by an upstream client 7181cdbd1b
- Added general authentication that seperates user calles from a gateway and cron scheduler updates e06a9f5224 
- Added notifications being seperate by user_id
- Added user paths to subscribe/unsubscribe from a repository
- Cleaned up main.py by moving handlers to its own module
